Refund policy
Because every item is made to order, all products are unique and custom printed just for you. For this reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check the size guide and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll sort it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue (and, if relevant, all affected items in one frame)
There’s no need to send the product back — once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Important Notes

Print tolerance: For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, a print placement variation of up to 0.5" is considered normal and not a defect.

Colour variation: Slight differences between what you see on screen and the printed product can occur and are not considered a fault.

Undeliverable parcels: If a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address provided), you may request a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
